We work very hard to make it as simple and easy as possible for you to get a telephone message to your membership list. When you need to get a telephone message out, there are two ways you can do it. Use whichever one is more convenient for you at the time. Either send an Email to us containing your message and we will record it for you. Or, you can call our toll free number and follow the prompts to record your own message.
While Email is useful, it cannot communicate the emotion and enthusiasm of the human voice. The cost and effort of mailing can strain your budget, while the Phone Tree Wizard voice messaging service is only a small fraction of that amount.
Setting up your account is easy. Click on the Sign Up Now tab and fill in the blanks. Then send us your list of names and telephone numbers as an Email attachment. An Excel file with First Name, Last Name and Phone Number columns works great. We will send you an Email with simple instructions and also give you a telephone call. Yes, a real person will call you. Most likely one of the owners. We are a small company where personal service and hassle free customer experiences are what we specialize in. We are very high tech, but we are more proud of our customer relationships.

You only need one account, but you can have as many call lists as you need. We will maintain a separate database for each list.
When you are ready to send a message, just dial our toll free number and follow the prompts. Nothing could be easier. Or, if you prefer to use Email and have us record your message for you, we will do that and there is no extra charge.
You can send your message the same day, or schedule delivery for a future date.
After every calling session, we will send you a report via Email showing the result of every number called. Busy and unanswered phones are re-dialed up to 10 times.
Your message will be delivered to the person who answers the phone, an answering machine or voicemail system.
Sometimes your telephone call will be answered by someone other than the person for whom the message was intended. That other person is often a spouse or child, who may or may not remember to pass the message on, or not remember important details. We offer a low cost optional service to handle those situations. We will give you a telephone number your members can dial into 24 hours a day to replay your most recent message. They won't have to call you to get the details.
